CE Interactive, Inc. ("CE Interactive", "we", "us" and/or "our") operates a website located at www.wirewize.com (the "Site"). Through the Site and through third party websites operated for and/or by various of our partners CE Interactive provides access to various consumer electronics services, including, without limitation, the Wirewize service and the Wirewize LIVE phone support (the "CE Interactive Services"). This Privacy Policy sets forth CE Interactive's policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") and other information that is collected from you when you use the Site and/or the CE Interactive Services.

When you interact with us through the Site and/or use the CE Interactive Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:
Personal Data That You Provide Voluntarily:
We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the CE Interactive Services or use certain CE Interactive Services. In using the Site and/or the CE Interactive Services, you will have the opportunity to provide a range of Personal Data, including your name and contact information and details regarding the electronics you utilize and their configuration, online retailers and store(s) through which you purchased electronic products ("Retailers"), product registration information, information about sales associate(s) assigned to your purchase, warranty information about your products, and other similar information.
By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting that it may be used and disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy. If you provide us with Personal Data, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of CE Interactive and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States and other countries.
Other Information:
Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with CE Interactive through the Site and/or the CE Interactive Services, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. CE Interactive may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by CE Interactive affiliates, agents or service providers. We may use such information and pool it with other data to perform certain analyses, which may include, for example, tracking the total number of visitors to our Site and/or the users of the CE Interactive Services, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, and the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers.
In operating this Site and/or the CE Interactive Services, we may use a technology called "cookies." Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information:
There are certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
- Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.
- Related Companies: We may also share your Personal Data with our Related Companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
- Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: CE Interactive, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Your Choices:
It will be necessary to provide certain Personal Data to register for and using the CE Interactive Services. Exclusions:
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by CE Interactive other than Personal Data collected by CE Interactive through the Site and the CE Interactive Services. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this Privacy does not apply to any Personal Data that you may provide to Retailers or any other third party, whether through such Retailers' or third party's web sites, call centers, and/or retail stores.
This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to CE Interactive through this Site, the CE Interactive Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site and/or other web sites upon which the CE Interactive Services are made available, such as bulletin boards, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, "Unsolicited Information"). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and CE Interactive shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.
Children:
CE Interactive does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Site and/or the CE Interactive Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on this Site and/or through the CE Interactive Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to CE Interactive through this Site and/or the CE Interactive Services, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

The links from this Site do not imply that CE Interactive endorses or has reviewed the Third Party Sites. CE Interactive takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Site and through the CE Interactive Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
